Aurora Logistics

Transportation messaging terms

Last updated August 30, 2026

Program purpose

Aurora Logistics sends non-marketing transportation confirmations and operational updates. These may include a day-before confirmation, a reminder, driver ETA or arrival notice, a return-pickup readiness question, a response to a cancellation request, or an optional service survey.

Consent and frequency

Participation is voluntary and is not required to receive transportation services. Message frequency varies according to scheduled transportation and rider replies. Message and data rates may apply.

Numbered replies

Aurora may ask recipients to reply 1 to confirm or say ready, 2 to request more time, 3 to request cancellation or say they are not going, 4 to request driver coordination, or 5 to request an Aurora office call. When more time is requested, Aurora may ask for a number of minutes or a requested pickup time.

Cancellation and no response

A text-message cancellation is a request for office review. It does not itself prove that a transportation provider trip has been formally cancelled. A lack of response never automatically cancels transportation or authorizes a driver to leave without the required office process.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe. After a valid STOP request, Aurora will not send further automated transportation texts unless the recipient later opts in again through an approved process.

Availability

Text delivery depends on mobile carriers and connected systems and is not guaranteed. Riders should contact the Aurora office directly for urgent transportation issues. SMS does not replace emergency services.
